What can I say... Roundabout!
Pretty much good for a 2 hours map. You should expand it I think. Right now it is small even for a duel.
I like the design. Some missing textures near both SSG's spotted. The music is waaay to silent, I think there is a parameter in MAPINFO to fix that.

Because the "shotgunman" class doesn't exists. Thats the only possible cause.
I mean, your playerclass name is different than "shotgunman". Check for spelling or something. Show us the code if all else fails.

I have really no idea how would damagething NOT work. Altrough, if you want to kill the player with the custom damage type, then yeah.
function can be an answer if you really need the damage types, but it isn't an action special, and therefore, can be used only in ACS script.
