I'm trying to run the Ranger Class WAD in HeXen on Mac OS X. I'm not sure how to do this. Both the HeXen and ranger WADs are in my HeXen folder, but the new class is not appearing when I run Skulltag. I've searched around, and all the solutions I've found so far are for Windows users - Drag and drop...

Thanks, running from Doomseeker worked for me. Now I can test out that cool-looking new class!

Also, thanks for the Wiki link. The one from the main site gets a 404 error.

In one of the Cacodemon Fatalities, the Marine rips out its eye, but leaves a regular corpse. It still works, but it'd be a nice touch if the eye was completely removed from the body, leaving an empty socket and a kickable green eyeball. Also, their bodies aren't very interactive once they're dead. ...

When a captured Marine is killed, the body isn't interactive at all, while the skewered zombie scenery can be blown to bits. The spear for the latter might also be left standing, depending on how the body is destroyed.

When a captured Marine is killed by the arachnotron plasma gun (and/or other plasma weapons?), the body completely disappears, leaving only some smoke effects behind. :(

I now have an excuse finish playing Heretic! Maybe I'll even restart from the first chapter again. :P

Will you be doing any other soundtracks? HeXen's music is cool and medieval already, but I'm curious to see how your interpretations would turn out. And it would also complete my set. :)

The Cyberdemon's new projectile is better than I expected. I'd also imagine they're easier to spot than the rockets through the heaped-up carnage. ;) I don't think the sounds need to be changed, they're fine as is for now. I think what I didn't like about the original grenade launcher was that it was kind of boring to use. The sounds didn't feel powerful enough. The Brütal Grenade Launcher completely fixes this.
