Looks like a driver problem. I advise you to update them.

You need to answer some questions.. 1. What operating system do You have? 2. What graphic card do You have? 3. What drivers do You use currently?

Hmm... This happens to me in some games... try closing 'explorer.exe', by the Task Generator (is that the name? The thing that opens when you press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Del in XP), and running ST. I do this in some games. When you don't want to play it anymore, open the Task Generator, go to New Task and type 'explorer.exe', so you have it back

Definitely looks like a 256-color palette issue, so I don't understand how it could be happening in OpenGL, unless you don't have your Video Card drivers installed and Skulltag is rolling back to software mode in reality.
Just as ninja said, you'll have to provide more details in order to allow anyone to help you. In this case, your Operating System, and Video Card model.
By Operating System, we mean whether or not you have Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7
