This forum is for reporting bugs specific to Skulltag.wad, or in our case, since it was recently renamed for the 98a release - Skulltag_data.pk3.

Post anything here that does not work right, and is not a problem with Skulltag itself, but the content that it comes with. This could be issues getting stuck in stock maps, problems with images or definitions, or if a recent change with Skulltag_data.pk3 has caused a mod to break.

Like regular bug reports, please be as specific as possible with how you've reproduced the problem and help us track it down. For some problems, you may also be asked which build it broke in - please remember that the content builds are different numbers than the binary builds. Build 2680 does NOT refer to anything in Skulltag_data.pk3 - it is the version of Skulltag.exe! Skulltag_data.pk3 would most likely be about build 65 around that time.

Please note that some things are NOT included in Skulltag_data.pk3, and rather are found in Skulltag.pk3 which is maintained by Torr Samaho's crew (SuperGod, Blzut3, and VortexCortex as of this posting). They include:

- The bots that are included with Skulltag, as well as their chat strings.
- Decal graphics
- DECORATE definitions of monsters, both vanilla games or Skulltag-specific
- Most language lump strings
- Skulltag's definition lumps for sounds, status bars, etc - anything that is used internally by an unmodded Doom engine game.

For all of these, please use the regular bugs forum, so that they notice it faster and can resolve your problem more quickly.

Here is an example list of things that ARE included in skulltag_data.pk3 - and hence, should be reported here:

- Skins
- Maps, and a MAPINFO lump for all Skulltag maps
- The default announcer
- Skulltag's custom textures and patches
- Flats
- Sprites
- Sounds
- Music
- Single-player Campaign info
- Menu graphics
