You should be perfectly fine for Doom.
But for anything else, the graphics card is horrid.

Oblivion is 5 years old and pretty low end nowadays. At least stick a 7800 or something in that thing.

Oblivion wouldn't run for me on my brand new machine until I added a better sound card! How's that for being picky? Imagine my face as I got 1 fps at times in 640x480 with everything at the lowest setting.... (With a 1gig DDR3 Geforce my expression looked kinda like this)
