1st Step : Start a normal doom builder/doom builder 2 map using the Skulltag,Zdoom or GZDoom format at configuration.
Then you make 3 sectors like in the image bellow,One sector must be the water, another one the starting floor and the last one, that square. In the middle of the square you put a thing named "Deep water"(#9045,anyway,you can find it on Zdoom things too). The Deep Water is that arrow in the image. On one of the walls you put the action : "Transfer Heights"(#209) and put a sector tag 1,put the same tag to the sector with the water.

P.S.: You can change the color of the square,it'll be the texture in water.

2nd Step : You open script editor and write the things from the image :

Put the sector tag 2 to give the blue color to the water!

P.S.:At 5th and 6th line use tab key.

P.S.:Square's floor height will be the height of the water.

Step 3 : Deep Water!

ENJOY!:D
