That's great! Good to see this mod is still going strong!

I have been playing the delta12 versions and I have some issues with it though.
Mainly,the new content isn't balanced,this is especially true with the two new weapons.
Both the tib rifle and the mass driver are way too powerful,they are quite cheap and they are not dependent on any structures. Therefore I'd like to suggest:
Tiberium rifle:3 shot burst only,currently it works like a long range chem sprayer.It could perhaps need a working refinery to spice things up?
Mass driver: Reduce damage or speed,or if possible,make it so that it can only be shot/reloaded while standing still.Perhaps force manual reload,where you actually have to stop and press a button?

Mechas: Could you reduce or remove the cash they gain from killing other players? Currently,if the driver is half decent,he can make enough money to buy another one by the time he's killed. This would also make buying more of a strategic choice,since you're essentialy costing your team money every time you kill someone.

I have some experience with sprite editing, and I may make some of the sprites looks more... realistic.
Also, the Plasma Cannon sprites (the hands holding it) look crappy, and I may redo that, too.

The subby and machine-gun sounds are loud, high-pitched, and annoy my brother like hell. It wouldn't hurt to revert to the old ones. They weren't that bad.

In the SBARINFO, the health amount is shifted too far to the left, meaning it can't be seen when the HUD is scaled.

Please raise the prices of mechs, reduce mass driver's speed, and make Tib Rifle shoot at a random angle (random(-5,5)).

Great wad and loved how you included mechs. ^^

I'd like to suggest putting zoom as an alt-fire for the sniper rifle, with a circle and a cross, like rifle scopes. As for me, I binded it, but y'know, it's to make it more intuitive. :)

Otherwise, great fucking wad, I can actually snipe stuff in a game my comp can actually run. :D

I've taken in some of your suggestions, people.
Tiberium Rifle fires in bursts of 3 (but not in a way so that if you press it once it'll fire 3 times)
Mass Driver has a slower projectile, and does a tiny bit less damage.
SBARINFO fixed, and looks nicer anyway now.

I wouldn't quite say the Tib Rifle or Mass Driver is cheap. Mass Driver alone costs more than the Rocket Soldier, and you don't get the armour bonus a Rocket Soldier has.
As for the sounds... I like the current ones, you can change them if you like, but I don't see why I have to do it just for 1 person - it'd be easier if you just made a patch wad for your Skins or Announcer directory that replaces the said sounds with what you desire.
For sniper zooms, as much as I'd love to do it with the new ZDoom feature, it's not in this version of SkullTag for me to do it.

Awesome. I love utility gun's fake crate XD. And lo, players drop crate when they die?? kool. You should make base sector smaller in AOW03 and AOW04, now they don't have medical factory unlike The first version of AOW (not AOW2).
And I agree to higher up mech prices. Some noobs buy a titan and frag u 22 times, when u frag him, he dies, but he has enough credits for 22 frags to buy a titan again. If you don't do it, I'll do it in my plugin >:(

This is a great mod! I remember playing one of the beta's a long time ago. I am glad to see this is still going because this is one of the best team based games I have ever played. This needs more maps though... Keep up the good work!

The coding should be checked also, because people complain it draws too much ressource from a server so Canadian Bacon won't host it permanently. :(

Man I love this. Keep it up! Also, I started playing this recently, so can someone answer me a couple questions?

- When you destroy the enemy Refinery, do they still get credits?

- Is there anything that makes Barracks or War Factory worth defending? I mean, what happens if I destroy the enemy's?

A destroyed barracks leaves ou with very few classes. You can't have a sniper, commando and other stuff anymore. I'd say that Barracks and War Factory are the two most important buildings, since they provide the most used classes.

Its great, but the mechs still seem OP, especially in smaller games.
Its to the point where 1 titan = end of game, unless someone has the money for the plasma cannon. And they don't die.

I didn't bother using said command because all you guys did was complain that mechs are OP, and just try to kill me all the time with weak weapons instead of going to my base/healing yours, since Mechs can't enter buildings.

And there are weapons other than plasma cannon that can kick a mech's ass if used correctly...
