I picked up the SECTINFO project, and led it to it's completion.

This build is now a COMPLETED version, but is currently untested!




And here is my plugin for DoomBuilder 2! (As Updated On March 31)

It would be nice to have a plugin for Doom Builder 2 that allows for easier SECTINFO Making. Assigning Areas to loads of sectors can be a pain in the ass to do manually.

Only thing is, that people seldom play any of the Skulltag stock maps. =/

Which is a shame, because they're really not that bad.

If i knew how to do this, i'd be happy to help you out. Although i'd imagine that all it is is just hours and hours of tedious work, assigning names by individual sectors and whatnot. >_>

I've tested your plugin, Rific, and i gotta say it's awesome.

However if you try to apply SECTINFO data to a very large number of sectors, DB2 crashes with a "Array index out of bounds". :(

Just, can I put the sectinfo thing in my skins folder?

And another thing, you said that it shows with coopinfo, but how will it work if the maps are for competitive gamemodes and those don't use coopinfo?

Excuse the long bump and double post, but I think this needs an exception.

I have recently re-discovered this project (about time) and today managed to do 10 maps.
I have done d2duel 4, 7-10, sec; D2CTF 2-4; and the new d2dm8 (which took two people to correct all the errors.)

This project WILL be finished this time, at 10 maps a day it could be finished within the week.
Qent has been recruited as my assistant, and did d2st1 and 2.
I will not be taking any more maps, but any creators of any of the maps may make their own SECTINFO if they please.

This will be finished.
